2. Travel Enquiries and Quotations

A quotation prepared by Roamigo Tourism may be based on the availability and pricing provided by third-party travel suppliers at the time of preparation.
Prices, availability, hotel rooms, flights, transportation and activities may change until the booking is confirmed.
A quotation does not necessarily constitute a confirmed booking.
3. Booking Confirmation
A booking shall be considered confirmed only after:
- The required booking information has been received;
- The applicable payment or advance has been received;
- The relevant supplier has confirmed availability; and
- Roamigo Tourism has communicated the booking confirmation to the customer.
A payment alone does not necessarily guarantee confirmation where supplier confirmation is still pending.
4. Travel Documents
Customers are responsible for providing accurate travel information and valid documents required for their journey.

- Travel insurance
- Identity documents
- Entry permits
- Vaccination or health-related documents where applicable

Roamigo Tourism may assist with travel information and coordination, but the traveller remains responsible for ensuring that their documents are valid and complete.
5. International Travel
For international travel, entry requirements, visa rules, immigration requirements and other regulations are determined by the relevant country and authorities.
Roamigo Tourism does not guarantee visa approval or entry into any country.
Travellers should verify applicable requirements before travelling.
6. Prices
Travel prices may change due to:

7. Hotels and Accommodation

Hotel check-in and check-out times are determined by the respective hotel.
Special requests such as room views, adjoining rooms, early check-in, late check-out, birthday arrangements or honeymoon arrangements are subject to availability and cannot always be guaranteed.
8. Flights and Transportation
Flight schedules, routes, baggage allowances and other airline conditions are subject to the respective airline.
Transportation arrangements are subject to availability and supplier conditions.

Customers are responsible for following instructions provided by activity operators, guides and local authorities.
10. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:

- Following airline, hotel and supplier rules
- Following local laws and regulations
- Informing Roamigo Tourism about relevant travel requirements
- Reviewing the final itinerary before travel
Roamigo Tourism should be informed as soon as possible if any information provided during the booking process is incorrect.
11. Changes to the Itinerary
Requests to change a confirmed itinerary may result in additional charges.
Changes are subject to availability and the terms of the relevant suppliers.
Any additional cost arising from a requested change will be communicated to the customer where reasonably possible before the change is processed.
12. Travel Delays and Unforeseen Events
Roamigo Tourism is not responsible for circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

- Strikes
- Government restrictions

Where possible, Roamigo Tourism may assist customers in coordinating alternative arrangements, subject to availability and applicable supplier charges.
13. Travel Insurance
